Due to technical issues with the payment gateway, the deadline for semester fee payment has been extended to February 28, 2025. Students can pay fees online through the student portal or visit the accounts office.

The 15th Annual Convocation of Bihar Engineering University will be held on April 20, 2025. Eligible students from batches 2022-23 and 2023-24 can apply for degree certificates. Registration opens on February 1, 2025.

The central library will be closed for renovation from January 20 to February 15, 2025. Students can access digital resources through the online portal. Alternative study spaces will be available in department libraries.
